Terms and Conditions for ARC Racing Camps

Welcome to ARC Racing Camps! By registering for our camps or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or participating in any of our camps or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or participating in ARC Racing Camps (referred to as "the Camps," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Eligibility:

Participants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined for each camp program. Age requirements, health and safety guidelines, and other conditions may apply. By registering for a camp, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Registration and Payment:

To secure a spot at ARC Racing Camps, participants must complete the registration process and pay any required fees. Payments are processed through secure payment systems, and fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. By submitting a registration, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the camp.

4. Health and Safety:

Your safety and well-being are our top priority. Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines, including any specific camp rules, codes of conduct, and instructions from staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the camp if they do not adhere to these guidelines, without refund.

Medical Information: You are responsible for providing accurate health and medical information during registration, including any allergies, pre-existing conditions, or special accommodations.

Emergency Medical Care: In the event of a medical emergency, we will take necessary actions to ensure the well-being of the participant, including seeking emergency medical care if required.
5. Behavior and Conduct:

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner and follow the camp's rules and policies. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to violence, harassment, or illegal activities, may result in immediate dismissal from the camp without refund.

6. Liability Waiver:

By registering for and participating in ARC Racing Camps, participants acknowledge that racing and related activities inherently involve risks of injury or harm. You assume all risks associated with participation, and agree that ARC Racing Camps, its employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during camp activities.

Release of Liability: You release ARC Racing Camps from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during participation.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content provided by ARC Racing Camps, including logos, images, text, and other materials, is the intellectual property of ARC Racing Camps. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
8. Privacy and Data Collection:

By participating in ARC Racing Camps, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
9. Photography and Media Release:

You agree that ARC Racing Camps may take photographs, videos, or other media of participants during camp activities. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing prior to the camp.
10. Cancellations and Refunds:

Camp Cancellation by ARC Racing Camps: In the event that ARC Racing Camps cancels a camp for any reason, you will receive a full refund of camp fees.

Participant Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing at least 16 days before the camp begins to receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 15 days of the start of camp may not be refunded.

Force Majeure: ARC Racing Camps is not liable for any cancellation or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events outside of our reasonable control.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued participation in our camps or use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Garden State of New Jersey. Any legal action or proceeding under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Sussex County, New Jersey.
